1 dozen eggs
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Sweet Relish
Paprika
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Boil 1 dozen eggs to hard boiled status for approximately 10 minutes. After boiling pour off hot water and cover with ice water...(this helps the egg to peel cleaner). Peel eggs and cut each egg in half. Remove the yolk and place in bowl. Set the egg whites off to the side.
Mix egg yolks with the ingredients to desired consistency and taste... Sorry Dad...didn't outline the ingredients to the specific quantities... :)Just "go with it..."

These are delicious. Have tried other deviled egg fancy recipes and Grandma (MOM) complained. So we are back to the standard...
