Sub rolls
Provolone cheese
Meatballs:
1 pkg ground chicken
1 large egg
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
3 T Montreal Steak Seasoning
Sauce:
1 can crushed tomatoes
fresh basil (to taste)
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, egg, bread crumbs and steak seasoning. Make into 12-15 meatballs (depending on size). Bake meatballs at 425º for 12 minutes or until cooked through. Combine tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Warm in saucepan, approximately 10 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Place meatballs on sub rolls, and cover with provolone cheese. Place subs in oven to melt the cheese.
