2-4oz cans chopped clams
Juice from one can only
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 Lb (one stick)butter)
3/4-1 cup bread crumbs
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer clams, clam juice, lemon juice, spices in medium pot for 15 minutes.
Saute` onions, pepper in butter till soft. Add to pot.
Add bread crumbs till smooth consistency.
Put into baking dish, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
Serve with cut pita bread, crackers or Dorito chips while hot.
