8 oz can low salt chicken broth
2-3 potatoes, diced
1 large onion diced
1/2 Lb cooked bacon, with fat drained
Small bunch fresh parsley
Fresh cracked pepper
6 oz container of sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, set aside.
Saute` onion,bacon, pepper,parsley.
Combine all in pot with 1 cup water, chicken broth.
Coarsely mash potatoes, simmer for 5-10 minutes, until hot.
Remove from heat.
Add sour cream, combine and serve.
