1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 Lb butter (1 stick)
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup grated Parmigiana or Romano cheese
1/4 Lb thinly sliced and chopped Prosciutto ham
1 box frozen peas, blanched

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together butter and cream in a pot over medium heat.
In a separate bowl beat together egg yolks and cheese. Add to pot.
Fry Prosciutto and peas in a separate pan, till hot and add to pot.
Pour sauce over one pound of pasta. Serve immediately with extra cheese sprinkled on top.
