1 head of lettuce or 1 bunch of romaine
1/2 package of shredded cheese of your choice (I prefer the Mexican blend)
1 to 2 cans of kidney beans (drained, rinsed, and warmed in a small pot)
1 pound ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
Your favorite French style dressing (I prefer light Catalina)
Dorritos

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and prepare greens and place in large bowl. Brown hamburger and add taco seasoning. Cook the kidney beans in a small pot and rinse and drain them. Place the cooked ground beef and kidney beans over the greens. Add the cheese and dressing to your liking. Mix well. Crunch up dorritos and place in small bowl, then add the taco salad over top and enjoy! Can also
be prepared in individual bowls to customize each
salad.
