1 box lasagna noodles
2 lbs ground beef
2 jars of Prego Pasta Sauce with Fresh Mushrooms
1 large cottage cheese (small curd-low fat)
1 12 oz bottle of Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
2 big chunks or pkgs of Mozzarella Balls (grated)

Brown the ground beef and drain fat. Add tomato sauce to the meat and let simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the cottage cheese and Parmesan in a bowl. Start layers in casserole dish. Always put a tiny bit of meat sauce in the pan to get started to keep the noodles from burning. Then begin layers of noodles, cottage cheese/Parmesan mixture, meat sauce and then the mozzarella. Repeat it one more time. Then loosely cover the pan with foil and bake at 400 for 1 hour..at least.
