12 Boneless pork loin chops
6 eggs whisked together in bowl
Italian bread crumbs
2 cubes of butter
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize the pork chops by pounding them with a tenderizer hammer. Dip the pork chops into the egg batter. Dip into bread crumbs both sides. Melt butter in frying pan. Put pork chops in the pan and fry both sides. Then put it in 9 X 13 pan to keep warm in 250 degree oven until all are ready to eat.

Serve with potato salad. True Weinerschnitzel is typically made with veal, but Clint likes pork chops.
