1 c oil (safflower works great)
1 clove garlic, crushed (don't mince)
3/4 c grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 c lemon juice
2 eggs slight beaten
dash Worcestershire sauce
anchovy paste-OPTIONAL

Directions:
Directions:
Put crushed garlic clove in oil, cover and let stand for at least one hour. Mix all other ingredients together in separate bowl. Discard garlic clove from oil. Slowly mix in oil with other ingredients (do not use a mixer)

Leftover dressing must be refrigerated & used within 2 days.
