1 Lb large mushrooms, cleaned with rough paper towel, stems removed
1/4 Lb butter
Small, finely chopped onion
1/4-1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 cloves smashed, chopped garlic
(about )1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
2 triangles of Swiss knight Gruyere cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop stems of mushrooms and saute` with onions, butter, garlic, parsley and oregano until dry.
add bread crumbs until mixture is "sticky".
Add shredded cheese.
Stuff into mushroom caps.
Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes or until meat of mushroom is soft.
