Saute` ingredients=
2 chopped onions
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
salt and pepper to taste
Add ingredients=
2 cups tomato sauce
2 cups chicken broth
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp cider vinegar
2nd addition=
1 1/2 Lbs lean ground beef
Serve with= Cooked white rice,heated can of red kidney beans, chopped raw onions, cheddar cheese and corn bread.

Directions:
Saute` all "saute`" ingredients above together.
Add all "addition" ingredients to pot and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Add beef and break apart with a masher in pot. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
Can leave in crock pot or on low heat till served. Meant to be served with spaghetti (we prefer rice) as bottom layer, then chili, then red kidney beans, chopped raw onions, and cheddar cheese on top. Love it with warm corn bread also.

This recipe doesn't call for hot sauce. Obviously, it can be added after cooking.
