3 eggs
1 C sugar
1 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 C whole nuts
1 bottle cherries (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar. Mix well. Add dates, nuts, and cherries. Sift flour and baking powder. Add to mixture and beat well. Dough will be thick. Bake 30 minutes at 300º then continue at 350º for 45 minutes.

For smaller pans, bake 20 minutes at 300º and then continue at 350º for 20 minutes.
