1 c. margarine 1 cup sugar
1 c. light brown sugar 1 egg
1 c. vegetable oil 1 c. regular oats
1 c. crushed corn flakes 1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup flaked coconut 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c.hopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350º. Cream margarine and sugar, add egg and mix well. Stir in rest of ingredients and mix well. Form into balls the size of walnuts, place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not over cook. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
