12 medium new potatoes, whole
6 - 4" cajun or spicy or spicy sausage lengths
6 ears of corn, halved
3 lbs. shrimp
2 large sweet onions, quartered
2 cups apple cider vinegar
2 lemons, halved
1/2 box Old Bay Seasoning








Directions:
Directions:
Fill a large pot ( with basket insert) half full of water and bring to boil.
Add potatoes and onions and cook 20 minutes. Add sausage segments, lemon halves, vinegar and most of old bay seasoning, cook for 10 minutes. Add corn and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and stir in shrimp..
Let the stew sit for 5 minutes, stirring every minute.
Drain by removing basket or pouring stew into large strainer.
Dress your outdoor table top with newspaper and pour the drained stew on top of the paper.
Sprinkle remaining Old Bay Seasoning on top for added flavor.
Dig in and enjoy.
