1 lb of butter
1 cup of icing sugar
3 cups of flour
1/2 cup of corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in large bowl.
Knead with hands - put a little flour on hands if sticky.
Roll out a portion of the dough on a lightly floured board (or the kitchen table was Mom's fav.).

Cut out your favorite shapes and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Use a toothpick to write names ,or Noel, etc. on unbaked cookie.

Oven at 325 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
