1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider
1 tbsp raspberry preserves
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt and black pepper
2 full slabs baby back ribs

Directions:
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 F. In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, cider, raspberry preserves, crushed red pepper and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper.
- Place the ribs bone side down on a rack set on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 40 min. Brush both sides of the slabs for 15 min. more. Glaze the slabs again, then bake for another 15 min. transfer the ribs to a platter and brush on any remaining glaze. Let rest for 5 to 10 min. before serving.
