1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups water
1 3/4 (about 14 oz can) ready-to-serve beef broth
3 1/2 cups (29 oz can) tomato sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 Tsp chili powder
1/4 Tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 Tsp dried oregano leaves
2/3 package (16 oz) Rotini, uncooked
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
In 4 -quart saucepan, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown and thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in water, broth, tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and seasonings; heat to boiling. Add uncooked pasta; return to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook, stirring frequently, 12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Salt and pepper to taste; sprinkle with cheese.
