15 fresh rosemary springs
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 garlic cloves (minced)
3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp ground chipotle chile
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 lb raw medium shrimp (peeled but tails on, deveined)
Lime wedges

Remove the leaves halfway down each rosemary sprig and chop enough leaves to make 1 1/2 tsp. Combine the oil, lime juice, garlic and chipotle in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let stand for 5 minutes, then skewer 2 shrimp on each rosemary sprig. Heat a large heavy saute pan over high heat. Cook shrimp for 1 minute per side or until the shrimp are cooked through. Serve on platter with lime wedges.
