2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
16 oz jar of medium flavor salsa (about 1 cup, or more to taste)
8 oz bag shredded taco flavored cheese
bunch of green onions, chopped (I use 3-4 stalks for half a batch, to taste)
burrito size flour tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and salsa with hand mixer. Add shredded cheese and onions and continue to blend with hand mixer. Spread onto tortillas. Roll and refrigerate overnight. I lay them on a cookie sheet lined with foil and then loosely cover them with foil. Slice and serve.
