Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter (you can get away with using less)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sesame seeds
2 T. minced parsley (or flakes)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground thyme (or poultry seasoning)
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. chicken pieces, bone-in. Skin can be removed or left on if desired. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts may also be used with a reduced cooking time.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a 13x9 pan, melt the butter and garlic (watch closely so garlic doesn't burn). On a large plate combine bread crumbs, sesame seeds, parsley, salt, pepper and thyme. Mix well.
Dip chicken pieces in garlic butter then in crumb mixture. Place fleshy side up in the pan with leftover garlic butter. For the crispiest results do not crowd pan. Use second pan (greased) if needed.
Bake uncovered 50-60 mins. for bone-in chicken pieces or 25-30 mins. for boneless chicken breasts (less if cut into chicken strips) or until no longer pink in center.

Personal Notes:
This one is popular with the kids. For a variation, try substituting chopped almonds for the sesame seeds.
