1 pkg. Wide Egg Noodles
16 oz. Cottage Cheese
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Egg
Black Pepper
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil egg noodles 75% of the way done, rinse and drain. Grease casserole dish and put a few slabs of butter on the bottom. In a large mixing bowl; mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, egg and pepper to taste. Mix well. Add noodles to mixture. Pour into casserole dish and top with butter. Place in 375º oven for 45 minutes. Mix again when done.
