2 cans (1lb each) Hominy
1 can (4oz) chopped green chile
1/4 c butter - melted
1 c sour cream
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:

Mix the first four ingredients together, pour into a casserole dish and top with the cheese. Bake @ 350º for 1 hour uncovered.

This is good to service with flank steak or hamburgers. You can make it as spicy as you want by adjusting the green chile.
