4 chicken breasts
2 bunches green onion
1/2 can water chestnuts
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 bunch cilantro
8 oz. mushrooms
1 clove garlic
sliced almonds
Romaine Lettuce leaves

Sauces: mix soy & chili sauce equal parts
mix sesame oil and ginger

Directions:

Cook chicken in peanut/olive oil
Process chicken in a food processor or chop with knife. Set aside.
Mince green onions, mushrooms, and garlic.
Mix veggies, chicken, and saute.
Add soy and vinegar and remove from heat
Add cilantro and wrap in romaine lettuce leaves

I prefer to chop the cilantro and include with all of the veggies.
