1 can diced tomatoes with juice
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes (drained)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
chopped cilantro to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender except cilantro. (Add onion to blender if you like it finely diced, otherwise add it later.) Pulse a few times in blender until salsa has the consistency you like. Add cilantro (and onion if you want it chunky). Serve immediately although it keeps well in the refrigerator for a few days.

This salsa is amazing. It tastes fresh! This was originally a recipe from Weight Watchers but has been "tweaked" a little. Terri likes to use diced Italian style tomatoes for a little different flavor.
