1/2 cup butter
10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
7 oz Ortega diced chilies
1 pint cottage cheese
1 lb jack cheese grated
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400. Remember you will need to lower to 350 after the first 15 min.
Steph uses at 8 X 15 X 2 pan. If you don't have that use your regular large baking dish.

Melt butter in microwave...meanwhile. Beat eggs until frothy. Add flour, baking powder and salt--whisk together to get lumps out. Blend in butter, cheeses, and chili. Pour contents into pan and cook for 15 min. at 400 and then 30 to 40 min. at 350 until light brown. Enjoy!!
