2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 16 oz. can pork & beans, drained
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, oil, egga and pork & beans until smooth. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and soda in a separate bowl. Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture stirring until just blended. Stir in vanilla and raisins. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 325º for 50-55 minutes until done when tested.
