3 lb. eye of the round, top, or rump
salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
lea & perrins
sliced garlic cloves
green onion tops
1/4 bell pepper
1 onion, quartered
beef bouillons cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast (which has been stuffed with garlic and green onion tops) on top of stove in a little olive oil over high heat; season well with seasonings and lea & perrins; add 2 or 3 beef bouillons cubes and one inch of water; cover and cook in 350º oven for 1 hour (20-25 minutes per pound); let roast sit for 15 -20 minutes before slicing; thicken gravy with a little shake flour and heat on top of stove.
