3 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pkg. 8 ou. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 stick butter, cubed
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
6 bacon strips, chopped--optional
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in pot, cover with water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain; mash potatoes with cream cheese sour cream and butter. Stir in milk and seasonings. Transfer potato mixture to greased 13"x9" baking dish; sprinkle with cheese, onions and cooked bacon. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until heated through
