6-8 6-inch pieces of skirt steak
Marinade:
1 cup (gluten free) Soy sauce
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
5-6 cloves smashed garlic
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup olive oil
Small bunch fresh, chopped parsley
Few leaves fresh, chopped basil
1 tsp worstershire sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
Fresh sliced ginger, about 1/4 cup
1/2 cup port wine

Mix all marinade ingredients together and put steaks in to marinate in shallow, covered container in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Leave meat at room temperature for about one hour before cooking. Grill on high heat for 5 minutes on each side (for medium) and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
