1 large spaghetti squash
2 tbsp olive oil, a little garlic powder,dried oregano
2 cups ricotta cheese (or one pound container)
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
Cracked pepper and salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half, lengthwise and remove seeds with spoon. Bake on baking sheet with cut side up with olive oil and spices inside at 375º for 30-40 minutes, until fork enters meat of squash easily. Remove from oven and scrape strings of squash from skin with fork while still warm. Mix with remainder of ingredients and place in casserole. Bake another 20 minutes at 375º.
