First mixture:
3 Qt milk
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbsp vanilla
Rice:
1 3/4 cup uncooked rice (not instant)
Second mixture:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk
Raisins or chopped dates are optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and heat in large saucepan or dutch oven all ingredients in First mixture.
Add Rice, continue to cook until rice is soft, stirring frequently.
Beat ingredients of Second mixture in another bowl, add at one time to cooking rice mixture. Stir constantly until thickened (15-20 minutes).
Pour into serving pan and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
