1 package frozen shredded hashbrowns
8oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium white onion chopped
1 stick margarine (softened)
2 cups crushed cornflakes
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350º. Combine hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese, onion and 3/4 stick of margarine. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Mix the crushed cornflakes and 1/4 stick melted margarine. Cover the mixture with cornflakes and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cornflakes are brownish and potatoes are bubbly.
