1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 cup soft margarine
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
2 apples peeled and thinly sliced (use enough to cover the pan)
1 cup sour cream
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Combine the yellow cake mix and the margarine, mix until crumbly and set aside 2/3 cup for topping. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon to the reserve topping, mix and set aside. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Arrange apple slices over base. Blend the egg and sour cream and spread evenly over the apples. Sprinkle the reserve toppings over all and bake 25-30 mins or until topping is golden brown & bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream or cool whip. Refrigerate leftovers.
