1lb ground turkey (93% lean)
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 medium white (or yellow) onion chopped
1 can tomato paste
12 oz low sodium tomato juice
1 can rotel (any flavor, I use the hot)
chili powder, salt, garlic powder to taste.

Brown the ground turkey and drain any fat. Combine the remaining ingredients and heat until desired thickness. Serve with whole wheat buns or bread.
