Ingredients:  
1) Set aside: 2 Cups flour and 2 Cups sugar
2) Bring to a rapid boil: 2 sticks margarine, 2 TBSP cocoa powder, and 1 Cup water
3) Pour above mixture over the flour/sugar and beat for 2 minutes.
4) Add to above mixture: ½ cup buttermilk (or ½ cup milk with 2 tsp vinegar), 2 eggs, 1 tsp soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla.
5) Pour into a sheet cake pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING (make while the cake is baking as you need this when the cake is still hot):
Bring to a boil: 1 stick margarine, 4 TBSP cocoa powder, 6 TBSP milk. Pour over 1 box powdered sugar. Add one tsp vanilla and cream all ingredients together.
Pour over hot cake.
