1 T. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. ground meat
2 cans (20oz.) tomatoes, save liquid
2 T. chili powder
1 cup water (use juice and water)
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (15oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 can corn
1 cup black olives
salt and pepper
12-14 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
4 cups cheese, grated

Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti, drain, set aside
2.Cook vegetables in oil (green pepper, onions, garlic)
3. Add hamburger, cook until brown
4. Add tomatoes, chili powder, 1 cup liquid
5. Cook and cover on low for 30 min
6. Add mushrooms, peas, corn, salt and pepper
7. Add spaghetti to sauce, stir well
8. Grease baking dish
9. Put 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cheese and repeat
meat mixture
10. Cover, cook 350 degrees for 30-40 min
11. Uncover, now put on second layer of cheese,
cook another 10 min

This dish makes alot. It will feed a large group. You may want to add some hot sauce to give it a kick. It got its name because one serving is never
