1 quart whole milk
1 quart half & half
5 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 T. flour
1/3 cup water
1 can Carnation milk
2 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Scald milk and half & half
2. Beat eggs, add sugar
3. Mix flour and water, strain
4. Add flour mixture to egg mixture
5. Add egg mixture slowly to hot milk
6. Cook 10 minutes after milk starts steaming
7. Remove from heat. Add Carnation milk and
vanilla.
8. Make night before, and let mixture get cold
before freezing.
