1 1/2 lbs. grd, chuck 2small cans or 1 large can
1 c. bread crumbs tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped 1/2 cup water
1 egg 3 tbls. vinegar
1 1/2 tsps.salt 2 tbls, mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbls. brown sugar
2 tsps. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Chuck, crumbs, egg, onion, 1/2 c. tomato sauce. Form into loaf and put in shallow pa (approx. 7 x 10). Combine rest of sauce and other ingredients. Pour over loaf and bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. baste occasionally.

I think there may be a little more sauce in the 2 small cans.
