1-10 oz. bag frozen bell pepper-onion mix
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-28 oz. can Italian plum tomatoes, undrained, chopped
1 tsp. bouillon granules
1 T. chili powder
Pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
2-15 oz. cans kidney or black bean, drained and rinsed
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 cups cooked whole grains for your choice

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over the whole grains of your choice.
