2 whole skinless chicken breasts split (you can substitute veal cutlets)
2 cans chicken broth (unseasoned)
2 cups sweet marsala wine
1/4 lb butter
2-5 cloves of garlic (depends on personnal taste)

Directions:
Directions:
wash and pat dry chicken and cut into strips or small pieces. Roll in melted butter (or olive oil) and dredge in flour. In pan brown in either melted butter or olive oil. In pot pour chicken broth and marsala and begin to simmer, adding browned chicken and peeled cloves of garlic. Add black pepper and garlic powder to taste. Add several pats of butter in pot. Bring to quick boil and then lower to a simmer. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. Serve over bed of any kind of rice.
