1 cup honey
2-3 tbs of minced chipotle chiles in adobo (found in small can in latin food section)
2 tbs Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup canola oil
Kosher Salt and Pepper
4 Rib-Eye Steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat grill to high. Whisk together all glaze ingredients including most of the oil. Brush steaks with remaining oil and salt and pepper liberally. Grill steaks 4-5 minutes per side while brushing with glaze. Remove from hear and brush with more glaze.
