4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour (1 1/2)
1/2 tsp. salt
4 T. sugar
2 T. plus 4 T. melted butter
Vegetable oil/cooking spray
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large batter bowl, beat eggs, then stir in milk. Add flour, salt, and sugar, mixing until smooth. Pour in 2 tablespoons melted butter and mix well. Stir batter occasionally as it will tend to separate.

In medium skillet, spray vegetable oil and bring to medium heat. Pour 1/2 cup batter into skillet. Cook until first side is lightly browned, turn and brown second side. Drizzle with small amount of melted butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar and roll up. Drizzle more butter on top. Store cooked pancakes in a warm oven until all are done. Sprinkle tops with powdered sugar prior to serving.
