1 C sugar
1/2 C butter (1 stick)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C or more mashed bananas
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda in 1 T. warm water
Glaze ingredients:
1 1/2 C powdered sugar
1 T. lemon juice
3 T. or more mashed bananas
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into paper lined muffin tins.
Bake 20 min. or less at 375º
Cool
Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over muffins
