Ingredients:  
1 Tbsp oil
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
pinch hot red pepper flakes
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 28 oz can tomatoes
salt & pepper
1 1/2 lbs large shrimp
fillets of fish of your choice (optional)
4 oz feta
3 tbsp black olives
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and saute onion then add garlic and red pepper flakes. Add wine, tomatoes cook 10 min. Add shrimp and fish and transfer to baking dish, sprinkle with feta and olives and bake at 375 for 15-20 min until shrimp and fish are cooked.
Sprinkle with parsley.

It goes alot farther when you add fish.
Serve over rice.
