7/8 cup all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
3 eggs
2 Tbsp melted butter
1-1 1/2 cups milk
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour salt and sugar into a large bowl. Make a hollow in the center of the flour and drop in the lightly beaten eggs. Slowly pour half the milk into the flour with electric mixer. Add the rest of the milk until the consistency of cream. Add the vanilla.

Cook on a griddle or large pan until starting to bubble through the batter. Flip and brown the other side slightly. Turn out onto a plate and butter before you stack the next one on top.
Serve with powdered sugar, syrup, fruit jam or fruit. Rolle'em up and eat.
