Balsamic Vinegar
Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cut fruit into 1" squares.
2) Place fruit about 1/2" apart on the skewer.
3) Place skewers on a piece of tin foil, then using a basting brush, brush on the balsamic vinegar (I like using a flavored balsamic like Vanilla Fig).
4) Sprinkle brown sugar over the balsamic-covered fruit.
5) On medium heat, transfer the skewers (on the foil) to the BBQ, and grill for about 8 minutes on each side.

This is a great sweet treat for a BBQ and goes well over vanilla bean ice cream. Use any variety of fruit that you like- experiment and enjoy!
