4 to 6 Pork Chops, bone in, thick cut
4 to 6 Potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large Onion, coarsely chopped
4 leeks, chopped (optional)
2 cups Broth, beef or vegetable
2 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brown chops in a bit of oil. Then add a little more oil and some butter to the same pan and sauté the onion and leeks together until soft and golden brown. Meanwhile butter a casserole dish, layer base of the dish with a layer of potatoes, pats of butter and sprinkle with flour, followed by the pork, again sprinkled with flour, then layer with the leek and onion and finally another
layer of potatoes, with pats of butter and sprinkled with flour.
Season each layer with salt and pepper as you go. Pour in the stock and cream, it should cover the top layer. Cover and bake in the oven for
about 1.5 hours, remove the lid to brown the top with about
30 minutes to go.

This is another Welsh recipe that my mom would make often for my dad. Very easy and a great comfy food.
