1 lb. pizza dough
1 egg, beaten
coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Divide a 1-lb. package of fresh pizza dough into 32 small balls. Roll each ball into an 8" rope. Shape ropes into pretzels. Place on greased baking sheet 1" apart. Let rise 30 minutes. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake 18 minutes in a 400º oven.
