Ingredients:
1 Lemon Cake Mix (or any flavor)
1 Egg
1 Carton Cool Whip (8 oz)
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, egg, and cool whip well. Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar. Roll in powdered sugar and then form a ball (don't try to roll it into a ball first and then in sugar or you will end up with cookie mix stuck to your fingers!). Bake at 350º on greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Do not overbake . . . cookies should be soft and chewy. (Don't use the light or fat free Cool Whip because it
doesn't work).
