1 1/4 lb. beef stew meat
4 potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can baked beans
Barbaque sauce to taste
1-2 carrots, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn

In slow cooker mix all ingredients except beans. Spread beans over mixture.

Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or until beef is tender
